Strictly Quality

At Technilube we only use the highest quality, strictly Virgin, Group 2 base oils for our lubricant products. These highly refined mineral oils provide higher quality, and longer service life for our lubricants and exceed industry standards.

These base oils are blended with internationally specified additive packs in ISO approved facilities resulting in superior quality products you can trust.  We make sure that we are supplying the correct product for your application so that you have peace of mind and continue doing what you need to do, and not worry about your equipment.

Industrial Lubricants

Hydraulic oils

This is a range of virgin mineral base oils conforming to the international classification ISO type HM 0 (Oils inhibited against rust and oxidation and containing anti-wear additives) and blended to fall within the ISO viscosity grades. Our Hydraulic Oils have good low temperature characteristics and offer a wide choice of viscosities, their solvent refined base oils are fortified by full additive treatment, which minimises oxidation, foaming, and ensures long machinery life by reducing wear and preventing corrosion.
These oils are formulated for use in hydraulic equipment but their properties are such that they are also suitable for other machinery in which lubricants of high oxidation stability and excellent anti-wear performance are required. The range of viscosities in this series of oils provides a grade for virtually every hydraulic function in which a mineral oil is suitable. The quality of the base oils and additives allows the Technilube Hydraulic Oil range to be applied in lightly loaded gears, in some variable speed units, in bearings and in machine tools.

We also offer High VI ("Super Hydraulic"), Synthetic and fully Food Grade Hydraulic oil options.

Industrial Gear Oils

Our formulation provides excellent corrosion protection, antifoam, demulsibility and oxidation-resistance characteristics. The sulphur phosphorous gear oil technology is provided by the use of highly developed and tested additives to produce lubricants that meet the most exacting demands of modern industrial machinery.
For use in industrial type gearboxes and variable speed drives operating under severe conditions.

Compressor Oils

Technilube’s range of Compressor Oils is carefully blended using premium quality paraffinic base oils and additives that minimize oxidation, deposit formation and foaming as well as provide a high degree of boundary lubrication between moving metal surfaces. They also combat the effects of water contamination and prevent corrosion.
In oil flooded rotary compressors the oxidizing conditions are extremely severe because fine droplets of water are mixed with hot, compressed air. In some screw-type air compressors the rotors are gear driven and do not make contact, in others one rotor drives another. Heavy contact loads occur where power is transmitted from one rotor to another; here the lubricating oil encounters physical conditions similar to those between mating gear teeth.


Under these operating conditions the oil has to fulfill three main functions.

  • To lubricate moving parts

  • To form a gas-tight seal around the compressor space

  • To cool the air being compressed
